Our mission is to elevate how equity and social justice are woven into the fabric of every person and organization.

If, indeed, we wish to be radical in our quest for change—then we must get to the root of our oppression. After all, radical simply means “grasping things at the root.” (Angela Davis, 1989)

BLC asks clients to ‘go a little harder’ than they otherwise might think they might be capable. If we believe we can be both aspirational & accountable, we can work in strides to resolve the root of our issues.
