Erin Waters

Erin Waters is a passionate educator and member of her community. As a Black transgender woman invested in supporting her neighbors and providing opportunities for growth, she remains deeply involved in equity and justice work after entering the field professionally in 2016. She has a strong background in healthcare and has worked within health systems both large and small since 2014, including federally-qualified health centers. Her work continues as an organizer, speaker, program director, board member, and advocate for justice. 

 

In her personal time she is a lifelong martial artist, loves laughing at comic books, and regularly challenges her digestive system with an adventurous love of food!
